Scope
These terms govern the use of the Allovar Recycling Group website and requests for a material evaluation. Allovar acts as a broker and logistics manager for retired high-value alloy-bearing components. We identify, evaluate and route material to the right processor or buyer.
Evaluations and offers
Submitting a request for a material evaluation does not constitute a binding contract to sell or purchase. Initial evaluations based on descriptions and photographs are estimates. Formal offers follow verification of grade, weight and condition.
No warranty of price until verification
Preliminary figures are indicative. Settlement is paid on verified weight and assay, by XRF on site or on samples. Contamination such as refractory lining or catalyst is accounted for in the evaluation.
Liability
Allovar Recycling Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from a preliminary evaluation.
